**Very Important You MUST provide a Paid Return Address label Envelope INSIDE the Equipment Bag so we can assist in shipping the equipment back to your Equipment Manager  the Tuesday following the game- We will not pay to ship your equipment back to your school!

*Equipment must arrive between Jan 9th and  January 15  by 10pm  - 

  • Equipment needed : (you must bring all equipment, we will only provide a Jersey)
  • Helmet
  • Shoulder Pads
  • White Game Pants with pads or White Practice pants with Pads (For Game day and practice) – *We will not provide you with pants – School Logo on pants is OK)- (Practices are fully padded)
  • Turf and Grass Cleats for (Practice/ Game ) 
  • Shirts, Shorts, AND Sweatpants for Practices
  • Mouthpiece
  • Any Special Tape required for taping (Athletic Trainers will only carry basic athletic tape)

(We do not have helmets equipment so please carry back up helmet accessories for your brand helmet such as clips, etc)

MEDICAL INSURANCE

*You are required to carry your own personal medical insurance and have a picture of your card as your medical insurance is primary. We do carry a multi million dollar general event policy but we DO NOT carry  personal medical insurance per player. We do carry a multi-million dollar general liability policy. All emergency services will be handled by Certified Athletic Trainers  and 911 ambulance services and you are responsible for your insurance and any costs associated with medical treatment the weekend of the Tropical Bowl/East Preps LLC or resulting from the Tropical Bowl/ Easy Preps LLC.

The Tropical Bowl, and East Preps LLC will not be responsible for any players travel expenses or any family or friends travel, travel coordination, travel expenses, change of travel plans, and or hotels under any circumstance included players, friends, coaches, and family members.

PLEASE ALWAYS BOOK REFUNDABLE TRAVEL PLANS AND USE TRIP INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF TROPICAL BOWL EAST PREPS LLC. EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OR DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
